Alex... read more allowed me to choose the flight of wines we were interested in then provided a succinct , personalised approach. it certainly beats a fight at the tasting bar , often with groups more interested in the amount, versus an interest in the wines.
Service was prompt, personalized, welcoming and very friendly . Alex even helped carry my purchases to our car(sorry for the distance).
I would highly recommend a visit, and taste the different reds on offer. Some not found elsewhere in the Valley.

The combination of friendly and attentive service coupled with exceptional wines was worth the trip. We have found our new favourite winery from the region and can’t wait to share some of the wines we bought with our Brisbane neighbours (especially the 2008 Eduard Shiraz). Still in its family’s hands, 8 generations after it was started. We will be back!

We were running late for our booking and there were no cabs available and Dana came to... read more collect us from Tanunda which is not a service they typically offer!! We were so grateful to be able to go to Kalleske's. The white wine and rose in particular was my favourite in the Barossa and we all hung out in the beautiful garden after our tasting. Dana and her brother were super knowledable and professional and gave us the warmest welcome. I will be back and highly recommend everyone go

We visited the cellar door for a tasting in January. This was one of the best tasting experiences we have had on this visit to the Barossa.
The staff... read more are knowledgable and super friendly. We chose to have a tasting flight and a shared platter. The platter was generous and regional products only. We enjoyed our food and wine in the garden courtyard, a lovely oasis.
The wines are exceptional. We will definitely come back on our next visit to the Barossa or order from them online.
