This website and its contents are owned by Kalleske Wines Pty Ltd. The use of this website is governed by the terms and conditions listed below. Each time you use this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Age Restriction

Under Australian law, you must be over 18 years of age to purchase wine from Kalleske Wines. It is an offence to sell, supply or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18. You may only subscribe to or take advantage of promotions conducted by this website if you are 18 years of age or over.

Online Ordering

Ordering wine via our secure online transaction facility is the simplest method of purchasing directly from us. Use our secure online payment facilities for immediate order processing and the shortest handling and shipping time possible. Your credit card details are encrypted and protected by Eway using the latest technologies available. Credit card information entered during the ordering process are not recorded and are deleted upon completion of the transaction. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Returns & Refund Policy

At Kalleske Wines we strive to provide you with the best product possible.

We accept refunds and exchanges for incorrect, damaged and defective items. If you are unhappy with your wine, we offer a 30 day refund policy for goods on wine returned to our cellar door in good condition.

Please contact us immediately on 088563 4000 or via email wine@kalleske.com if there are any faults or breakages that occur during transit. Please retain your receipt/proof of purchase to complete your return.

We cannot offer a full refund if any item not in its original condition or is damaged after delivery of products or for any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once the returned goods are delivered to us, you will receive a full refund within approximately 14 working days.

We will replace items if they are incorrect, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact at wine@kalleske.com. Please return your order in original box or similar packaging to: Kalleske Wines, 6 Murray St, Greenock SA 5360. You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs may be refund once your return has been received. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

For all change of mind returns we retain to right to review the wine once returned before offering any credit or refund. Please note that for change of mind refunds (including before dispatch), Kalleske Wines will on charge all credit card transaction fees and postage charges.

Delivery & Shipping

We endeavour to deliver your wine in the shortest time possible. Delivery to Australian capital cities and surrounding suburbs is usually within 5 to 10 working days. Please allow up to 14 days for other areas (including Tasmania & Northern Territory) and for periods inclusive of public holidays.

We use Australia Post Wine Delivery for all domestic deliveries including all Australian street or post office box addresses. In circumstances where no-one is present to receive the delivery, and there are no special delivery instructions, Australia Post will notify you via email, directing you to collect your wine from the local post office.

International Delivery

International delivery is available. Please contact our Cellar Door directly via wine@kalleske.com or by 08 8563 4000 to discuss your request and the best option for delivery. Please note that each country will have different taxes and duties that may be payable additional to Kalleske charges.
